Benjamin is the Co-Founder and CEO of ChakkamRent, where he leads the company’s mission to make renting more accessible and financially manageable for individuals and families.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. His technical background, combined with several years of experience in financial services, business development, compliance, operations, sales, and team leadership, has shaped his approach to building practical, technology-driven solutions.

Benjamin has also held leadership roles at one of Nigeria’s leading fintech companies, where he gained extensive experience working with businesses, customers, field teams, and financial products. This has given him a strong understanding of the everyday financial challenges faced by individuals and small businesses.

His passion for using technology to solve real-world problems led to the creation of ChakkamRent — a platform designed to rethink how people access, manage, and pay for housing.

As CEO, Benjamin leads ChakkamRent’s strategy, product development, partnerships, operations, and growth, with a long-term vision of building a trusted housing technology company serving renters, landlords, and property owners across Africa.

Ammishaddai Alawo

Ammishaddai is a Co-Founder and Operations Lead at ChakkamRent, where he supports the company’s day-to-day operations, administration, internal coordination, and operational processes.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and International Relations from Taraba State University, Jalingo, and also brings professional experience from the banking sector through his work with Stanbic IBTC Bank.

His background in banking, administration, and operations contributes to ChakkamRent’s focus on structure, accountability, and efficient service delivery. As part of the founding team, Ammishaddai plays an important role in ensuring that the company’s internal operations run smoothly as ChakkamRent continues to grow.

Abundance Ehiabhi

Abundance is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of ChakkamRent, where she oversees the company’s financial management, reporting, performance tracking, and financial planning.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State, and has professional experience across finance, banking, business operations, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Abundance began her career in banking and financial services, gaining early experience at one of Nigeria’s leading fintech companies during her NYSC year. This exposure strengthened her understanding of financial operations, customer management, business processes, and the importance of strong financial controls.

At ChakkamRent, she plays a key role in maintaining financial discipline, monitoring business performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping ensure the company grows in a sustainable and responsible way.

With a strong foundation in accounting and practical experience in business and project management, Abundance brings a structured, accountable, and results-driven approach to ChakkamRent’s financial operations.

Oluwabusola Victoria Ayodeji

Victoria is a Co-Founder of ChakkamRent, where she contributes to the company’s marketing, communications, digital presence, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

She has a strong interest in sales, digital marketing, business development, and growth strategy, with a particular focus on understanding customers and identifying opportunities that help businesses connect more effectively with the people they serve.

At ChakkamRent, Victoria supports the company’s brand positioning, customer engagement, marketing strategy, and partnership development. She plays an important role in translating customer insights into practical initiatives that strengthen awareness, improve engagement, and support business growth.

She also has professional experience in the banking industry, where her work in customer service and sales has deepened her understanding of customer relationships, value-driven selling, and business development.

Victoria continues to build expertise at the intersection of sales, marketing, and growth, bringing a customer-focused and commercially minded approach to ChakkamRent’s expansion.

Charity Solomon

Charity is a Co-Founder and Risk Analyst at ChakkamRent, where she supports the company’s approach to credit assessment, financial risk management, and responsible financing.

Her interest in risk management developed from a recognition that providing access to financing is only one part of building a sustainable financial solution. Understanding a customer’s financial capacity, repayment behaviour, and overall risk profile is equally important in making sound financing decisions.

Her professional experience spans financial services, relationship management, data analytics, and risk management. She previously worked with Mobi Ksh Africa and later gained experience in data analytics at one of Nigeria’s leading fintech companies, strengthening her ability to combine customer insights with data-driven decision-making.

At ChakkamRent, Charity assesses credit, financial, and operational risks to support informed financing decisions, responsible lending practices, customer protection, and compliance with applicable Nigerian laws and regulatory requirements.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture and has undertaken professional training in Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Credit Risk Analysis, and Data Analytics. She is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management and professional membership with the Chartered Institute of Risk Management of Nigeria.

Charity is passionate about using data, financial analysis, and structured risk frameworks to help ChakkamRent make sound decisions while building sustainable financial solutions for its customers.

Wash Pam

Wash is a Co-Founder and Sales & Distribution Lead at ChakkamRent, where he leads the company’s business growth, sales, partnerships, and distribution efforts.

With several years of experience in fintech sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, he focuses on building the relationships and distribution channels that help turn financial products into real customer adoption.

At ChakkamRent, Wash is responsible for expanding the company’s reach through partnerships, network development, merchant and customer acquisition, and the growth of financing solutions across new markets and customer segments.

His work is centered on connecting ChakkamRent with business owners, working professionals, partners, and communities that can benefit from more flexible access to rent financing.
