What we collect, and why

When you apply for rent financing, we ask for information like your name, contact details, employment or business information, identification documents, and details about the property and landlord involved. We only ask for what we actually need to review your application, confirm your identity, and set up your repayment plan correctly.

How we use your financial information

Details about your income, employment, or business are used only to assess whether we can responsibly finance your rent and to set up a repayment plan that fits your situation. We do not use this information for anything beyond reviewing your application and managing your active plan with us.

What your landlord actually sees

Your landlord only receives the information needed to confirm the tenancy and receive payment, things like your name, the property details, and payment confirmations. They do not have access to your income details, employment information, or any other personal or financial information you shared with us during your application.

Who else sees your information

We share information only where it is genuinely necessary, for example, with payment processors to complete transactions, or with verification services to confirm identity during onboarding. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Your data, your choice

You can ask us at any time to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your data where we are not legally required to keep it (for example, for tax or regulatory record-keeping). Just reach out to us directly and we will take care of it.
