What you'll need
Valid ID
A government-issued ID for verification.
Proof of income
Salary evidence, business records, or NYSC posting letter.
Apartment details
The address and annual rent of the place you want.
A guarantor
Someone who can vouch for you if needed.
If a payment is late
Rent is due on the 5th of each month. From the 6th, a flat ₦1,000 per day applies until you pay, on whatever balance is still outstanding. Paying even a small amount before the 5th, using Pay Small Small, avoids this entirely.
