Most landlords in Nigeria ask for a full year's rent upfront. Most people earn their income month by month. That gap forces families to borrow, sell what they have, or walk away from good homes they could genuinely afford, one month at a time.

We saw this struggle everywhere, hardworking people carrying constant anxiety over rent. So we asked a simple question:

"What if rent worked the same way income does?"

That question became ChakkamRent.
